Rosewood was established in 2019 by husband and wife Robert and Cherylann Mann. Combined, they have decades of experience in the remodeling and real estate industry. Over the years we have worked with home owners, colleges, and investors to bring their properties up to date.

I have been in the construction industry for 23 years and have learned all phases of the residential construction industry. I have been OSHA 30 certified and take job site safety and quality control seriously. It is my job to make sure every customer is happy with their final product.
